Cincinnati
Big-School Division - FINAL
RANKINGS
1. Moeller (19-1) - Consensus top team. Crusaders finish the
regular season undefeated in the tough Greater Catholic League South
Division and against local competition. Have beaten St. Xavier
(twice), Withrow and Elder (twice). Only loss is to USA Today No.
3-ranked St. Benedict's Prep (NJ).
2. St. Xavier (18-2) - Both of the Bombers losses were to No. 1
Moeller. Good wins over Elder (twice), La Salle (twice) and Winton
Woods.
3. Withrow (17-3) - Tigers appear to be the best team
in the area outside of Moeller and St. Xavier. Their only loss
against a local team was to Moeller.
4. Elder (16-4) Panthers' four losses have come to Moeller and St. Xavier.
All the games were competitive but Elder just came up short. Good wins
over Oak Hills and La Salle (twice).
5.
Princeton (15-4) - Vikings had eight-game winning streak
snapped in regular season finale against Middletown, but posted several
good wins in tough Greater Miami Conference.

Cincinnati
Small-School Division - FINAL
RANKINGS
1. Seven Hills (19-1) - Stingers have won 19 straight games since losing
season opener to North College Hill back on Nov. 27. Big wins over ranked teams
NCH (in a rematch), Lockland, Deer Park.
2.
Lockland (19-1) - Have won nine straight games since losing to Seven
Hills back on Jan. 4 73-67. Good wins over Wyoming and North College Hill.
3. Taft (14-6) - Senators are
unbeaten against local small-school teams but have lost three of their
past seven games to end the regular season.
4.
Deer Park (18-2) - Wildcats losses are to Seven Hills and Wyoming.
Have won 14 of last 15 games.
5. North College Hill (13-7) - Only team to beat Seven Hills.
Have hung tough in several losses to
ranked teams.

Girls' Cincinnati
Big-School Division - FINAL
RANKINGS
1. Lakota West (19-1) - Firebirds only loss to Ohio Division III powerhouse Regina.
Have been ranked No. 1 since beating Mount Notre Dame in their season opener.
2. Mount Notre Dame (18-2) - Cougars finish regular season on a 17-game winning
streak. Only losses to Lakota West and
Kentucky AP No. 2 Lexington
Catholic.
3. Winton Woods (19-1) Warriors only loss
was to Oak
Hills back on Dec. 28.
4. Oak Hills (16-4) - Good win over Winton Woods. Two
losses were to Lakota West.
5. Princeton (14-5) - Vikings playing well on a seven-game winning
streak. Defeated highly-ranked Toledo Central Catholic last
weekend and are second in GMC with 10-2 record.

Girls' Cincinnati
Small-School Division - FINAL
RANKINGS
1. CHCA (20-0) - Eagles run the table for the regular season and
were the only unbeaten team in all of girls'
basketball.
2. Badin (15-5) Rams played the toughest schedule among all current
ranked small-schools.
3. Taft (15-5) - Senators have quality win over Seven Hills.
4. Seven Hills (16-4) - Three losses have come to No. 1 CHCA,
the other to No. 3 Taft.
5. Georgetown (18-2) - One of the area's hotter teams ending the
regular season on a
13-game winning streak.

Northern Kentucky Boys - FINAL
RANKINGS
1. Holmes (26-2) - Bulldogs only losses during the regular season
were to
state-ranked Louisville Male and Newport Central Catholic.
2. Covington Catholic (18-7) - Colonels won last five games
of the regular season and look like they are
peaking at the right time of the year. Probably playing
the toughest schedule in the area.
3. Highlands (19-7) -
Good wins over
Boone County and Covington
Catholic and won last four games of the regular season.
4. Boone County (21-7) -
Rebels have good wins over CovCath, NCC and
Campbell County but have been up and down, ending the season
losing three of their last four games.
5. Newport Central Catholic (16-9) -
Good wins over No. 1 Holmes and top-five Cincinnati
small-school team North College Hill.
Northern Kentucky Girls - FINAL
RANKINGS
1. Conner (25-4) - Several key wins over Boone County, Notre Dame, Ryle,
Holmes and Cincinnati Taft make Lady Cougars No. 1.
2. Highlands (19-9) - Two wins over Conner and one against Boone County
make the Lady Bluebirds No. 2 despite nine losses.
3. Boone County (18-9) -
Lady Rebels playing a tough schedule, good wins over Simon Kenton and
Notre Dame.
4. Notre Dame (17-8) - Pandas
played one of the toughest schedules in the area with decent results.
5. Simon Kenton (21-8) - Pioneers
join Conner as only other 20-win team.
