A Chance At History For Milford Wrestler

 

Kyle Krummert has a chance to make history for the Milford wrestling program this weekend in Columbus.

 

Krummert placed third at the Division I district tournament last weekend and will try to become the school’s first two-time state placer. Krummert placed sixth last year and is currently 39-4.

 

Milford will also be represented by Zach Sherman (36-9), who placed fifth at district and will be a state alternate.

 

Other district wrestlers were Randy Burgdorf (1-2), Bryson Hall (0-2), Ryan Slusher (1-2) and Kennan Rue (0-2).

 

Wrestling begins its state tournament at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Ohio State.
