Reid Commits To St. Louis University

Taft senior forward Kaelin Reid has made an oral commitment to continue her basketball and education career at St. Louis University, according to Taft athletic director Anthony Booker.

Reid, who is 6 feet 2 inches, averaged 16.4 points and 5.7 rebounds for the Senators last season. Reid, a first team all-city selection, was Associated Press Division II third team all-district and all-Southwest Ohio Public League. Taft (18-4 in 2006) won the SOPL National title and a sectional championship.
