Spring Forward With New Hacks Magazine

Third issue of 2006-07 school year released

The latest issue of Hacks Sports Magazine has been released and features an editorial mix that provides a fresh look at the Spring Sports season and a wrap-up of the Winter Sports season.

Feature stories with a spring emphasis include the Moeller baseball program, Lakota West all-state catcher Rachael Shepherd and Bishop Brossart three-sport standout Troy Cooper.

Hacks wraps up the Winter Sports season with a special March Madness section, a look back at the i-wireless Basketball Tour and a Q&A with local basketball coaching legends Nell Fookes of Boone County and Jerry Doerger of Clermont Northeastern.

Other features include a Q&A with retiring Colerain Athletic Director Dan Moody and senior Lauren Beachy of Loveland, who exemplifies the true meaning of student-athlete.

As usual the magazine also includes the typical assortment of news, notes, columns, quiz, calendar and more.

Hacks is direct mailed to over 100 high schools in the Greater Cincinnati area and is also available at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Cincinnati Bell stores, Remke Markets and LazerKraze.
